About Course

This course is formerly known as "Developing Early Childhood Educators’ Resilience".

This course aims to help learners view and manage stress-related issues encountered in personal life and at work in a more positive manner. This highly participatory workshop provides a stress-free platform for learners to self-reflect on the personal and work-related issues they face, and to express their feelings as well as needs in a constructive way.

Through self-reflection and sharing of experiences on issues and challenges of being an EC educator, learners will be able to recognise common signs and symptoms of stress, the stressors as well as their effects. Learners will apply cognitive restructuring and other appropriate strategies to manage stress, set realistic goals, and manage their work and personal life, leading to better mental health and increased productivity.
