Dr Regeina Hong Qiuyun, Ph.D. in Education, Nanjing Normal University, China, has 19 years of front-line preschool work experience in Singapore and 16 years engaged in teacher training in Singapore, China and Cambodia. Dr. Regina Hong is currently a Lead lecturer at the National Institute of Early Childhood Development in Singapore, a thesis supervisor and a part-time lecturer at Singapore Social Science University. She has been engaged in the research of children’s play, preschool curriculum design, preschool teachers’ professional ethics and preschool inclusion education for a long time. She has presided over the provincial-level project of “Research on Singapore’s Education System along the Belt and Road in China”, made numerous special reports at international early childhood education seminars in Singapore, Canada and China, and published nearly 10 papers in Singapore LianheZaobao and foreign Core and General journals such as “Xueqian Jiao Yu Yan Jiu””Zhong Guo Jiao Yu Bao””You Er Jiao Yu Yan Jiu””MDPI””Zao Qi Jiao Yu””Dong Fang Wawa”, and as well as Monograph “Modern Professional Ethics of Preschool Tearcher”and compilation and translation in total four books.
洪秋芸博士 (Dr. Regina Hong Qiuyun) ，中国南京师范大学教育学博士，拥有19年新加坡幼儿园一线工作经验；从事国内外师资培训16年。现为新加坡国立幼儿培育教育学院高级讲师；新加坡社科大学论文导师及兼职讲师。她长期从事“儿童游戏”“幼儿园课程设计”“幼儿园教师专业伦理”和“幼儿园融合教育”等研究工作。 她曾主持“中国一带一路之新加坡教育体系研究”的省级课题，也曾在新加坡、加拿大、中国等国际幼儿教育研讨会上做多场专题汇报，并在《新加坡联合早报》及国外《学前教育研究》《中国教育报》《MDPI》《幼儿教育研究》《幼儿教育》《东方娃娃》及等高级期刊发表论文近10篇；专著《现代学前教师伦理观》以及编著和译著共4部。
