Annual Report FY21/22

As the organisation stepped into its third year of operations in FY2021, NIEC, as the leading training institute for early childhood educators, continued to shape and lead the sector with its initiatives.

NIEC remains committed and focused to continually deliver the best possible learning experience to early childhood educators. Medium-term directions identified earlier were reviewed and prioritised for mapping of initiatives and work plans. Following the NIEC Board Strategic Planning Meeting in September 2020 and Management’s discussion in October 2020, a list of comprehensive initiatives and work plans were identified for uplifting the early childhood sector manpower through in-service professional course offerings and building NIEC’s organisational expertise and capabilities.
