The dynamism of the EC sector in Singapore inspires NIEC to be nimble with our approach to serve, guide and develop preschool educators for the good of our children. NIEC is managed by a diverse Senior Management team, working closely with the Board to ensure that concrete plans are progressively implemented over time, and milestones are in place for NIEC to work towards realising our Vision of being the leading institute for early childhood educators – Inspiring excellence in practice.

The NIEC Senior Management team has executive responsibilities for the implementation of NIEC’s strategic directions, programmes and delivery of performance objectives. Director, NIEC helms the organisation with the support of Divisional Director, Corporate Development.
Academic Divisions in the areas of Curriculum & Programmes (C&P), Faculty & Leadership Development (FLD) and Student & Academic Services (SAS) are each led by a Dean.
Campuses are led by their respective Campus Heads, who oversee their campus-based teams of faculty and day-to-day course delivery.
Corporate Divisions in the areas of Communications & Business Development (CBD), Finance & Administration (F&A), Human Resource (HR), Information Technology (IT) and Strategic Planning & Organisational Excellence (SPOE) are each led by a Head/Assistant Head.
