Registration Information

We seek your understanding that only registered guests with valid tickets will be granted entry into the Nanyang Auditorium to attend the graduation ceremony. All graduands and guests are to be seated by 9.15am.

As this is a formal event, graduands and guests are to stay throughout the event to avoid disruptions and entry into the auditorium will not be allowed after the commencement time.

Note: Due to the formal nature and length of the programme, infants in arms and children below 7 years will not be admitted. We seek your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Attire & Dress Code
- As this is a formal event, smart casual attire is recommended.
- Please refrain from wearing t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, sandals or slippers.
Seating Arrangement
- Seating in the auditorium will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early.
Note: Graduands will be seated separately from their guests.
Photography
- There will be official professional photographers to take photos when graduands are on stage. Guests would be allowed to take photos during the event but please be seated at all times.
- Photographs & videos taken at this event may be used on NIEC’s website, marketing materials and in the press. By participating in this event, you consent to NIEC photographing and using your image & likeness.
