Ms Nur Liyana Johari, a graduate of NIEC (NP), shared how she discovered her passion for early childhood education only after completing a diploma in law and management. She realized that her genuine fulfilment came from interacting with children and contributing to their development. With strong family support and a desire to create more meaningful learning experiences for young children, she pursued a degree in early childhood with Kaplan while working full-time as a preschool teacher. Despite the challenges, her passion for the children and the support from her lecturers and family made the career switch a rewarding experience.
