[NEW] Leadership Connexion
About Course
Leadership Connexion aims to engage a wider range of early childhood leaders to participate in a leadership learning and networking session. It aims to encourage early childhood practitioners undertaking leadership roles to engage in a network of support and address current trends in leadership practice from non-early childhood leaders.
Note: This course will be conducted face-to-face.
Participants get 3 free leadership coaching sessions worth $450!
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- engage in leadership learning conversations;
- adapt the learning from invited speaker into their daily leadership practice; and
- encourage participants to build their network of support within the fraternity.
Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
Eligible participants will receive a subsidy from ECDA.
Entry Requirements
This course is for centre leaders who meet the following criteria:
- have completed an ECDA-recognised certificate or diploma in early childhood care and education;
- be ECDA-certified as an L2 teacher; and
- currently employed in a childcare centre registered or licensed with ECDA.
