As part of Tamil Youth Festival 2025, NIEC (NP) Diploma in Tamil Studies with Early Education (TSE) students organised “The Youth Spark” for around 50 participants. Through activities such as a treasure hunt, debate, and performance of song and dance, the organisers hope to promote Tamil language and culture amongst youth.

Mediacorp Seithi’s social media coverage on Facebook and Instagram features 2 TSE students – Mubeenah Binte Mohamed Hanifah, Year 2, who introduced the event and its goals, and Kavinaya Sai, Year 1, who spoke on her experience organising the event. The students were inspired by the enthusiasm of the participants and would like to hold more of such events in the future.
