Ms D.K. Gowri Danakodi holds a Master’s degree in Education (Early Childhood) from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University and Bachelor in Early Childhood Studies (BECS) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Ms Gowri has over 20 years of experience in teaching, leadership, administration, and management of centres. Her areas of specialisation include Early Years, Child Development, Multicultural Education, Designing Learning Environment and Personal Professional Development. Ms Gowri has contributed significantly to curriculum writing, training module design, and the enhancement of Child Development and Observation modules. Impacting the early childhood care and education community through her presentation on Reflective Practitioners at the Early Childhood Development Conference and her Action Research on Multicultural Education. As part of her advocacy efforts, Gowri is involved in the training of KidSTART practitioners.
