Ms Claire Chan Cai Wen holds a Master’s degree in Education (Special Education) from the National Institute of Education, National Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. Ms Claire has worked in Special Needs Education at all levels, including preschool, primary, and secondary. She was also a learning support educator at PCF where she received a Letter of Commendation for her exemplary service in the care of the children. She was also a Curriculum Specialist and trainer at Singapore’s Mindstretcher and Indonesia’s Baby Jumper Gym. With experience in Special Needs Education and Curriculum, she specialises in Special Needs (Autism, [Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)], and Dyslexia) as well as Early Intervention to create a culture of inclusion in the classroom.  

In September 2023, Claire was involved as a facilitator at the E21 conference for preschool educators as she shared on “creating an inclusive preschool environment with Universal Design for Learning.”
