Ms Deborah Ong holds a Master’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education) from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Australia. With experience in setting up a childcare centre and Curriculum Development, she has designed curriculums that catered to each child’s learning approach, helping children and families with their educational needs. In her career, Ms Deborah has been awarded multiple awards for outstanding academic performance, including the Regional Training and Resource Centre Asia Prize, NTUC Childcare Silver Medal, and a silver Certificate of Achievement in CCA. Her dedication to excellence and lifelong learning is evident in her volunteer work, where she conducts reading programmes for children to give them a head start in literacy.
