Ms Geraldine Hii Xiwen, holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in Boston, USA. With over 27 years of experience, she moved on in her career to train pre-service and in-service educators at the Degree, Diploma, and Certificate levels. She specialises in Child Development Theories, Curriculum Development, Discovery of the World, Social & Emotional Development, Professional & Reflective Practitioner and Information Technology. She conducts curriculum training for educators and contributed to the Parenting Years series in workshops at My First Skool (MFS) and PAP Community Foundation (PCF) centres. Her expertise extends to writing, with articles featured in Motherhood Publication, such as “Heading to Primary One” and “Is your child stressed out? Spot the signs!”.
