Ms Julia Heng Lee Peng holds a Master’s degree in Education (Early Childhood) from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wales, and the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance. With 24 years of experience in setting up a kindergarten, teaching, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring, she now specialises in Field Practicum, coaching and inspiring pre-service teachers. Ms Julia has also participated in mini-research projects – “Mentoring beginning teachers” and “Recruitment and retention of early childhood teachers,” aimed to positively influence and strengthen educators’ commitment.
