With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms Karyn Phua holds a Master’s in Education Management and has held leadership roles in education management where she specializes in Curriculum Development, Early Years Education, and Phonics Training. Karyn has developed programs in Singapore and India and worked with the IB PYP. She has contributed to developing the curriculum framework for the Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) course. She has undertaken meaningful research project titled “Integration of Technology – Enabled Toys into Children’s Experiential Learning”. This project is in line with Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Framework.
