Ms Michelle Foo Lai Meng holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Monash University. With 33 years of teaching and leadership experience in international and local childcare and kindergarten, she has taken on multiple positions including a Specialised Music Teacher, Preschool Teacher and Principal. Ms Michelle’s varied experiences have prepared her to train and inspire pre-service and in-service educators to foster an inclusive learning environment. Her enthusiasm for teaching and motivating Preschool Educators has earned her two Ngee Ann Polytechnic School Teaching Award in 2019 and 2024 respectively. Ms Michelle presented her literature review paper, Cultivation of Inclusiveness in Pre-Service Teachers, at the 22^nd PECERA Annual Conference in June 2022.
