Ms Mishalani Jayaraj holds a Master’s degree in Education from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with Management from SIM University(now known as SUSS). With over sixteen years of teaching experience in the early childhood sector, she has been instrumental in winning ECDA awards (Innovation, Learning Centre practices) for her centre. Ms Mishalani also won the inaugural Lien Foundation Teaching Award for her role in pioneering self-regulation practices at her centre as well as building and advocating for an inclusive environment. She co-run workshops with her centre principals for parents to be more informed of their children’s development and strategies to work with their children.
