Ms Nor Jehan Mohamed Salleh holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Australia. With 27 years of experience in early childhood education, she has built extensive expertise in teaching, leadership, curriculum development, training, consultancy, and setting up early childhood centres. 

Specialising in key areas such as Language and Literacy, Motor Skills Development, Principles and Practices in Early Education, Partnerships with Families and Communities, and Designing Learning Environments, Ms. Jehan has contributed significantly to the field. 

In 2016, she was invited as a Panel Expert for Lien Foundation’s research study, Behaviours That Matter: A Behavioural Competency Model for Early Childhood Centre Leadership. She has also written insightful articles for Voice of Islam, covering topics such as the Importance of Early Childhood Education, Kids Give Back, and the Mother Tongue Language Symposium. 

Her commitment to advancing early childhood education was further recognized when she was appointed as the Resource Person for the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)’s Early Childhood Learning Communities (ECLC) for Outdoor Learning from 2022 to 2024. In 2024, she co-presented at the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) Conference on Learning Through Outdoors, reinforcing her advocacy for outdoor learning and its impact on children’s development.
