Ms Norami Aliza Haron holds a Master’s degree of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Australia. With 21 years of experience in teaching children, managing operations of several childcare centres, and designing and revamping teaching and training curricula, she specialises in learning environments, leadership, and advocacy. As Programme Head, Ms Norami leads in planning modules for Financial Management, Curriculum Planning and Design, Teachers as Researchers, and Capstone Project. She also contributes to the early childhood sector, conducting research on topics such as “Creating a Positive and Supportive Learning Environment for Young Children” and “Classroom Management” at an Early Childhood Conference in Kuching, Malaysia. Ms Norami was awarded the Service Excellence Award in 2016 and the School Teaching Award in 2014. She had been a member of panel of judges for MCYS and ECDA Outstanding Teacher, Leader and Teaching and Learning awards, and personally won Service Excellence Award in 2016 and School Teaching Award in 2014.
