Ms R. Vathsala Naidu holds a Master’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education) from James Cook University and a Bachelor’s degree (Arts Childhood and Family Education) from Edith Cowan University. Her specialised topics draw on her wide qualifications and extensive work experience. These include Early Years, Language and Literacy, Child Safety, Health & Socio-Emotional Well-Being, and Teacher-Child Interaction and Classroom Management. She has significantly contributed to academics and conferences.
Her contributions include presenting papers on “3P Pedagogical Approach in a Teacher Professional Development Programme”, and “Independent Learning”, at the Pacific Early Childhood Education Research Association (PECERA) conferences and publishing ‘Early Childhood Teachers’ Beliefs About Preschooler’s Independent Learning.’ Her online course on ‘Understanding Children’s Challenging Behaviour’ on Udemy had greatly benefitted the Early Childhood community.
