Ms Shron Sugumaran holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Educational Change from Nanyang Technological University / Teachers’ College Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Leadership and Studies from Wheelock College. With over 15 years of teaching and mentoring experience, she has keen interest in the areas of Motor Skills Development, Birth to Three, mentoring, and multicultural learning. She has contributed to developing modules such as Motor Skills Development and Infant and Toddler Learning Environments for the NIEC (NP) campus. Ms Shron is also recipient of several teaching awards including the recent NP Teaching Award (NPTA – Commendation 2023/ 2024).
