Ms Yip Kwai Heng holds a Master’s degree of Science in Early Childhood Studies from Roehampton University, a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Early Childhood Education with a Focus on Literacy from Wheelock College, and a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, she specialises in Birth to Three, Communication with Parents, Collaboration with Community Partners, Mentoring, and Resiliency Coaching. Ms Kwai Heng has led webinars on “Managing Challenging Behaviour” and “The Role of Fathers and Paternal Mental Health” for the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) Mother and Child Health programme.
