Applicants who are ineligible to apply through the above admissions exercises may apply under the Direct Admissions Exercise (DAE) for admission to our full-time diploma courses. For more information, you may visit:
Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Progression Award (IPA)
The ITE Progression Award (IPA) supports ITE graduates to upskill to a diploma earlier in their careers, to secure more progression prospects in their chosen professions.
Eligibility
The IPA will benefit all Singaporean ITE graduates aged 30 and below who pursue a diploma qualification issued by an MOE-funded institution from 2024.
How to Apply?
The IPA will automatically be credited into graduates’ Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) or CPF Ordinary Account (CPF-OA) upon meeting the respective milestones of diploma enrolment or diploma completion.
The IPA will also be awarded to the following groups:
- All Singaporean ITE graduates already enrolled in a diploma issued by an MOE-funded institution as of 1 Mar 2024, regardless of their age, will receive a $10,000 top-up to their CPF-OA account upon completion of the diploma.
- Singaporean ITE graduates aged 31 in 2024 (born between 1 January 1993 and 31 December 1993) who enrol in a diploma issued by an MOE-funded institution in 2024, will be awarded the IPA.

Payment Of Fees
You will be informed of the fees payable and payment deadline in our letter of offer. If fees are not paid by the due date, the admission offer will lapse and appeals are subject to available vacancies. You may pay your fees via eNETS, cheque, invoice (for company-sponsored applicants) or SkillFuture Credit.
