Advertorial: Where nurturing hearts meet growing minds: How early childhood educators create lasting impact
Ms Joanne Seow a recipient of the 2024 Leading Foundation Teacher Award (Early Childhood) from the National Institute of Education, graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Child Psychology and Early Childhood Education in 2020. Was featured on The Straits Times sharing her passion for teaching and memorable moments as an early childhood educator.
Also featured in The Straits Times, was Ms Qian Xiaoli, a graduate of the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, sharing her inspiring journey as an early childhood educator over the past ten years. Her story highlights her dedication to professional growth, culminating in her pursuit and attainment of leadership roles within the industry. Starting as a Chinese language teacher, she consistently pursued professional growth, earning an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership. This dedication to learning and development ultimately led her to become a centre principal. Upon her graduation she has also been a mentor to many Ngee Ann Polytechnic students, guiding them to learn and grow as future educators.
