NIEC’s new Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course, Leadership Booster, has been featured across various media platforms. Jointly launched with the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), the course is designed for preschool principals with at least three years of leadership experience. It aims to strengthen their capabilities in managing centres more effectively and fostering high-quality teaching and learning. Through peer exchange and cross-sector learning in areas such as decision-making and talent development, the course supports experienced leaders in raising professional standards and advancing excellence in Singapore’s early childhood landscape.
