Ms Siti Hasmah Adam, a NIEC graduate of Temasek Polytechnic’s Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership course, was featured in Berita Harian. In the article, she shared her journey into the early childhood education sector. Initially graduating with a diploma in Information Technology, she made a career switch into early childhood education when the opportunity arose. She later pursued NIEC’s leadership diploma and went on to open her own preschool, Kiddie Explorers. Ms Siti reflects on her experiences and the challenges she faced in the industry, as well as how she overcame them. She also shares her beliefs about early years education, her core values, and her hopes for the future of her preschool.
